DEVELOPING HEALTHY BOUNDARIES IN RELATIONSHIPS

This class teaches you the fundamental principles of having healthy boundaries in your life. The class is based upon the book "Boundaries" by Dr. John Townsend and Dr. Henry Cloud. By taking this class, you will explore your own relationship struggles in a supportive counseling environment with other women, learning and growing together. By having healthy boundaries, you can teach people how you want to be treated by them. Not only can you improve your important relationships, but you can also reduce your stress, reduce conflict and enjoy life as you were meant to. When this class is completed you will have the information, insight and support you need to go ahead and start setting better boundaries for yourself.
The outline for the six session is as follows:
Session 1: Intro to Boundaries, what are
they, what do they look like, what are some examples?
Session 2 : Boundary Problems and
Session 3: How healthy or unhealthy
boundaries are developed based on growing up and family of origin
Sessions 4 and 5 : the 10 laws of
Session 6: Common boundary
